Rebecca draws upon teaching and learning scholarship, instructional design expertise and practical experience to create transformational faculty development opportunities and resources.  She provides faculty support in the areas of educational philosophy, pedagogy and classroom culture.  Rebecca has her bachelor’s degree in Biology/Education and her Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Cedarville University.

Freddy develops courses for Champlain College’s undergraduate and graduate programs and provides support to faculty and students using the Canvas LMS. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University and a Master of Science in Managing Innovation in Information Technology (MSMIIT) Degree from Champlain College.

Caroline works with faculty on course and assignment design and classroom strategies and develops content for the CLT’s website. Her interests include digital humanities in the classroom and experiential education. She holds a B.A. from Williams College, M.Ed. in Outdoor Education Administration from Georgia College & State University, and M.A. and Ph.D. in Comparative Studies from Ohio State University.
